“Update to my first review below … still five stars as far as Valerie being so kind every time and providing excellent service. Also I never had any break in issues the 1yr+ I had the unit. As far as pricing goes that is my only complaint. I originally started just paying closer to $100 and left paying closer to $300. For it to go up so high in just over a year seems like a lot but then again I feel like it’s just a general practice of most storage unit companies. So if I have to pay a lot I would rather pay that here. The only reason I moved my things out is because I moved to a new city. The general manager Valerie was very friendly and addressed all the issues I had when making my reservation. The unit is clean and seems like a very safe location to store my items :).”

“I am very happy with StoragePRO of Vacaville, Ca. The facility is so clean and well maintained. The price for the units are very reasonable. We have had a unit there for over a year now. The entry system is easy, and the security is excellent. The best part of StoragePRO is the very gracious lady in the front office named, Valerie. It has been my good blessing that every time I need to ask a question or pay my bill, Valerie is always there to help. As a matter of fact today when Valerie took my payment, I said to her” Valerie you work harder than anyone I know!” Valerie is very polite, very smart, very friendly, and always listens. I consider Valerie a major part of why we continue at StoragePRO for our storage needs. Truly, I cannot recommend this facility enough. This is my opportunity to say publicly, Thank you, Valerie, for all your hard work and making StoragePRO No.1 for us! Just an added note. Last week I moved out of Vacaville to another city, and sadly I had to say goodbye to Valerie and Melissa. Both ladies are so professional while being polite, friendly and very helpful.
