“After moving into our apartment here in Truckee, we needed a reliable and clean storage space for the items that we could not fit in our new home. After some research, we found the StoragePro facility next to the TRK airport, and it was one of the best decisions we could have made. The staff is attentive and always on-site, ready to answer any and all questions. We have now had this unit for 2+ years, and have been overall very happy with the reliability, cleanliness, and attentiveness. I am giving 4/5 stars, however, after our monthly rent was raised suddenly by more than $70 without any warning or explanation ($180 per month, then raised to $250 per month). After a few months of paying this additional cost, I went to the front office and asked for an explanation for this drastic increase, and was informed that they were unsure why it was raised so high out of nowhere, but that they would put in a request for rent reduction on our behalf. And within days, our rent was reduced back to $180 per month just like that. It is strange that a company can raise and lower their rent for the same unit for multi-year tenants on such a random basis, but we are glad that management listened and wanted to keep us as customers. 5/5 experience with the staff and unit itself. 4/5 experience with rent..”
