I'd never rented a storage unit before and Ramon called me before I came and when I arrived, showed me everything I needed to know from how to use the entrance and exit gates to how to unlock and lock the door, with a reminder to check that the door is actually locked before leaving the unit, and explained both the move-in and the move-out requirements very clearly. I rented a 5' by 9' foot unit, which turned out to be just the right size for the 4 Costco shelf racks that were to be stored in the unit. See photo..”
