“Intially I had my doubts about the storage units here after renting my unit the location would be closed on days and hours indicated to be open or 30 min before closing they wouldn't allow entry, and if already inside theyd have me leave. i intialley rented in 2024 and transitioned from a smaller unit to a larger one which was pretty seemles. but since the hours were inconsistent i was considering other storage companies as the reason i had chosen this location was the proximity to my apt and access hours with personal present and that had been on on going issue i was told that they had trouble with finding personal. But since returning from a trip in 2025 Shannel has been very helpful, present, and amicable. And the hours have been consistent, as of now i would recommend this location and believe its very crucial for businesses to find competent and amicable employees it can very much make or break a business. The only concern i have is the cieling or, therefore, lack of ceiling in the units it makes security between units a bit questionable, with only large wired mesh gives completely visible throughout..”
