“This place is a hidden gem especially if you’re in Ross or DT San Anselmo. I live in Ross but just learned of it recently as it’s very discrete (ideal). I need somewhere to store things while moving and others likely a bit more long term while we get sorted in the new place. I wasn’t thrilled about checking out a storage facilities on my own today as a female but the on-site manager Kyle is great and put me at ease. He was very professional and was very patient with me as I wasn’t really sure exactly what I needed? He asked good questions and overall was so much more helpful and informed than anyone else I’ve experienced in this process. And the trivia Q.s at the front desk are a pretty cute touch.. It seems like this place is well kept and looked after with care. People taking pride in a place always makes the difference. So shout out to Kyle and San Anselmo Self Storage for offering a great local option!.”
