Storage Pro is conveniently located near the Oakland Airport. Debbie Rico and her lovely assistant, Anastasia, were very professional and quite friendly. They were very accommodating of my storage needs and service was efficient and satisfactory.

Superb Customer Service! Very very affordable as well. The lady working there was wonderful and I felt very comfortable with the facility as a whole. The property is clean and tidy. It seems very safe and secure. The area is a little rough but do not let that deter you from storing your belongings here. I looked and looked for a facility and then I found this one. I would call it a best kept secret in the area. Definitely 5 STAR worthy! I feel lucky to have found this storage facility.

The customer service here is excellent. Jamaica Taylor is very professional and has a great spirit with a beautiful personality about her, every single time that I decide to make a walk in payment. Matter of fact, to be honest, its because of her welcoming demeanor, the reason why I pay in person. Not to mention, indulging into healthy conversation before I conclude the visit. All I know if nothing else is that, if I owned a company I would want her to be the person who deals directly with the customers. I could see her perhaps owning her own company some day. I would instantly locate it and of course invest in her business and success there as well...THANK YOU !!!!

Location: 

Our StoragePRO Oakland property is located south of downtown near the Oracle Arena and just east of I-880. We are also just across the freeway from Oakland International Airport and near the northern border of San Leandro.  Alameda is just northwest of us, so you can easily get on the freeway and drive a short distance to reach us. I-580 is further east of our self-storage property, but not far at all, so it is safe to say our StoragePRO Oakland property is very conveniently located for the area east and south of downtown Oakland as well as Piedmont and Montclair.
