“I was having the hardest time getting a response back from 3rd party company Safe Lease in regards to opting out of their insurance since I do have my own. The issue was not getting resolved at store level and kept getting late fees added to my account as well as a lien eventually. I have had my storage unit for many years and never had an issue until the 3rd party company Safe Lease became apart of handling insurance. I reached out to Corporate Office and a young man by the name of David was understanding in regards to my complaint and put me in contact with an exceptional worker at Mini Max Self Storage in Hollister her name is Lori. She took the time to hear me out and showed genuine concern and understanding of my the situation. Lori also helped my boyfriend Lendell who also has a separate storage unit but at the same facility as my location. I was so stressed and concerned about loosing my storage especially since a lien was added onto both our storages. Our rent was up to date but the insurance fees and the lien fee had not been paid. Lori contacted the district manager and got everything resolved and I can finally say I’m worry free thanks to Lori. She did what my boyfriend and I had been trying to do for some time in just literally less than 24hours of us being in contact with her. I am extremely grateful that Lori is apart of your team she is a wonderful asset to your team. Thanks again Lori for all of your help and David I thank you as well..”
