These items include fireworks, fuel tanks, fertilizer, paint thinner, and so on. If it seems like it'll easily catch fire, avoid storing it. You also cannot store firearms. You cannot store living animals or plants. Do not treat a storage space as a replacement for a proper pet sitter. Not only are storage spaces not built for people or animals to live in them, but the food you leave out for your pets could also attract pests. Similarly, plant soil could attract pests as well. You cannot store food of any type including, but not limited to, canned foods, perishable foods, dry foods, or pet food for similar reasons. Food will attract pests and will cause an infestation in your storage space and spread to others. Lastly, you cannot store illegal items such as prohibited weapons, illicit drugs, drug paraphernalia, and stolen items. If it's not legal to house it elsewhere, you cannot store it here.

“Hi, my name is Linda and I am a first time storage renter….I called and Michael answered the phone and he hooked me up with Angelina. They were both so amazing to help me get the best price for my 2 to 3 months. Stay also switched storages for me to accommodate a little bigger space for me to go through boxes. “HIGHLY RECOMMEND! 👍 Where do I start: Mike is the manager at Redwood Storage managed by STORAGE PRO. The other day I was moving and realized that I needed to get extra storage space (last minute). I called Mike and he was incredibly accommodating over the phone, answering my questions and getting the process of storage space rental rolling as I was passenger in a moving truck and had no time to come into the office before closing. It was a real time crunch of a day for us to move things across town. Mike reserved my space and when I got to a spot where we could speak, he made it seamlessly easy for me to send over front and back of my drivers license and other documentation. Within minutes, I was signed up with my 10‘ x 10‘ storage unit and access code. This is great Customer Service. As a Property Manager of 40 years, I love taking care of my Tenants. It is nice to be on the receiving end to have the same. Thanks so much, Mike, Angelina and Heather; all of you helped me along the way. I’m very happy and I would highly recommend Redwood Storage in Cotati. The place is immaculate. Customer Service stellar..”
