You cannot store living animals or plants. Do not treat a storage space as a replacement for a proper pet sitter. However, a reservation does ensure that you'll be able to secure the exact space you need. If you spot a deal or low price for a certain space, you will need to reserve that space at that time to lock in that price.
Otherwise, you can just complete the rental online, or give us a call and we will rent the unit over the phone whenever you're ready.
