āI rented a large unit for 10 months. No problems with check in or check out. They have several digital locks to get to the units, seemed secure to me and I didn't have any problems with security. I don't know if they advertise as "climate controlled" but the downstairs units were dry and a reasonable temp in both winter and summer..ā

We are located two minutes from I-980 on Telegraph Avenue just north of downtown Oakland in the area called Pill Hill with easy access from 1-580, I-980, and Highway 24. Within the radius of 6 miles or less is Montclair, Mills College, Piedmont Avenue, West Oakland, upper Rockridge, Lake Merritt, Temescal, Emeryville, Piedmont, Jack London Square, Alameda, West Oakland, UC Berkeley, the 19th Street BART station and Laney College.
