Does StoragePRO offer moving support or truck access?
StoragePRO does not provide moving services but offers free use of a moving truck at participating locations and can recommend local movers.
What payment options are accepted at StoragePRO?
StoragePRO accepts online payments, in-person payments, mail payments, and auto-deduct payments. Credit cards, cash, and checks are often accepted.
What size units does StoragePRO offer?
StoragePRO offers a variety of unit sizes; sizes and prices vary by location. StoragePRO-managed facilities also have RV Storage, Boat Storage, Car Storage, Mailboxes and more. How do I determine the right storage size?
StoragePRO managers can help estimate how much space you need based on what you’re storing. We also offer a size guide page where you can see a video of each storage unit size to determine if it fits your storage needs.
Do you sell boxes and packing supplies?
Yes, StoragePRO offers a wide variety of boxes and packing supplies. If purchased the day of lease signing, you will receive a 10% discount on moving boxes and moving supplies (at participating facilities). Contact your local facility for more information.
Does StoragePRO offer RV, boat, or car storage?
Yes. StoragePRO offers RV, car, and boat storage options at select locations. Check the storage types section of the website for locations.
Does StoragePRO offer wine storage?
Yes. We offer climate-controlled wine storage at City Storage and City Cellars in Emeryville, City Storage and City Cellars in San Francisco, and of course, StoragePRO Self Storage of Napa.
