West Valley City

Moving to West Valley is something that some people consider each year. We did some research and compiled some facts for this article to help you make a decision.

How big is West Valley?

This small-medium size city is near Salt Lake City and has a population of about 129,000. Approximately two-thirds of the population is White, and the rest is Hispanic or other races.

How much is housing?

The median home price in West Valley is about $230,000 and the average rent is around $992. You might be able to find a condo for far less than the median house price though.
