Missing customer service

I've been trying for 2 days to reach someone to make a payment on a storage unit. No one answers the phone and no returns my calls. Try to make a payment online? Equally as ineffective. The online payment system requires a gate security code--which I don't have (nor does there seem to be one) so, can't get past "go" on signing in to make a payment. I'm pretty sure storage pro would like their money, but they don't make it easy to give it them.
