Any unit reserved via Internet and not occupied may receive full refund less any administrative fee(s) within 7 days of reservation/rental.

All refunds must be requested in writing and/or via Customer Service.

• When moving out (terminating rental agreement) of a unit, we do not refund rent or fees. However, we will gladly pro-rate the anticipated amount of rent due if you provide us with written intent to vacate notification prior to payment of your last month's rent.
• All intents to vacate require an advance notice of seven days.
• Merchandise purchases: we will gladly accept any unused (i.e. not opened) boxes or other merchandise within 60 days of purchase. The original sales receipt must be submitted to the storage rental center at time of refund request.
