Debbie insisted that I didn't and said her job was to save me money, and well she did... a lot. A 5x10 was way to big for my dorm need. She was very efficient with timing but made us feel as though she had all day to sit and answer our questions. She is by far the best sales woman I have seen in years. After we signed the final paperwork she said, "welcome to the family." The funny thing is that she made us feel like part of her family from the second we walked in the door. Something about the appearance of your "A Storage City" facility in Milpitas compelled me to pull in one day to see what they had to offer. The Resident Manager named Joseph was on duty, and within minutes, I knew that this was where I wanted to be! Joseph is an exceptional individual - he is friendly, professional, bright and helpful ... and did I say insightful? He asked all the right questions so he could use my answers to suggest the best unit for my budget. And, I got the distinct feeling that it mattered to him - Joseph is sincerity personified - a rare commodity these days. So, what happened that day was this: I entered your facility in a disgruntled mood; wanting rid of the 'self-service storage saga' - and encountered Joseph, who was full of cheerful can-do's and flexibility - and left your facility as a new tenant whose needs had finally been met! Joseph always greets me by my name, and I have heard him do the same with other tenants. One more thing ...
