Q. What size space will I need? A. Your StoragePRO® consultant will suggest the appropriate size to fit your needs. However, to save you money, it is best to first inventory the items you intend to store and note any bulky or large appliances or pieces of furniture you intend to store. To save space and money, keep the height of the storage unit in mind when determining the right size unit for your need.
Store sofas & couches on end. Stack boxes on top of dressers, tables, and appliances. Disassemble odd-shaped items and large pieces of furniture. Store the disassembled furniture on edge against the wall. For example, remove the legs of your dining room sets and mirrors from your bedroom sets. Large pieces of furniture often can be disassembled into smaller sections.
Q. How long of a lease term am I required to sign? A. One month. When you rent from StoragePRO® you pay rent for one month at a time! Ask your storage counselor about discounts for prepaying your rent for one-year in advance. Please provide us with a 7 day advance notice. If something happens to change your plans we will accommodate your scheduled move out in any way we can.
Q. Do I have to give a deposit? A. Absolutely not. StoragePRO® does not require deposits on standard unit rentals.
Q. Will my storage locker be secure? A. There are a variety of security procedures we follow to protect your storage locker, including staff training, inspections and the use of state-of-the-art electronic security at most locations.Q. Do I need insurance?
A. YES! If it's worth storing, it's worth insuring! We recommend you purchase insurance while your personal possessions are in storage. As with any self-storage center, customer's are responsible to insure their possessions, however, it is not required.
Q. Will my homeowner's policy cover my stored possessions? A. Most homeowners' policies provide very limited coverage for possessions stored away from the insured home. Check with your insurance agent for details.
Q. Why should I purchase Customer Storage Insurance? A. For your peace of mind! Customer Storage Insurance provides low-cost coverage against damage to, or loss of property from over 30 different causes, including burglary, earthquake, fire, smoke, vandalism, water damage.

Q. How can I reserve a space? A. For your convenience, a StoragePRO® consultant will gladly extend a 48 hour courtesy reservation!
Q. Can I automatically charge my monthly rental to a credit card? A. Yes. E-Z PAY bills your account monthly. It's the most convenient way to pay your storage rent. You will never have to worry about late rent payments.
Q. What if I have a problem or difficulty? A. StoragePRO® takes great pride in its responsiveness to customer service and the care, upkeep and cleanliness of its facilities. We guarantee friendly and efficient service, within a clean, safe and secure storage environment.

Q. Do I need a padlock? A. Yes, the customer is responsible for securing their storage unit with their personal lock. For your convenience, StoragePRO® has high quality and inexpensive padlocks available for purchase.
