When relocating to this area from the east coast, we needed off-site storage and have been very satisfied customers since. We were impressed by the helpfulness of the staff and the cleanliness and security of the facilities, all of which have remained at the very high level we first discovered them three years ago.
I had a storage unit in another facility, but my needs were not being met in more than one way. Something about the appearance of your "A Storage City" facility in Milpitas compelled me to pull in one day to see what they had to offer. The Resident Manager named Joseph was on duty, and within minutes, I knew that this was where I wanted to be! Joseph is an exceptional individual - he is friendly, professional, bright and helpful ... and did I say insightful? He asked all the right questions so he could use my answers to suggest the best unit for my budget. And, I got the distinct feeling that it mattered to him - Joseph is sincerity personified - a rare commodity these days. So, what happened that day was this: I entered your facility in a disgruntled mood; wanting rid of the 'self-service storage saga' - and encountered Joseph, who was full of cheerful can-do's and flexibility - and left your facility as a new tenant whose needs had finally been met! Joseph always greets me by my name, and I have heard him do the same with other tenants. One more thing ... Joseph said something during our first meeting that had a lot of impact on me: he said he "loved life". It doesn't get any better than that. Thank you!
